WINTER RENTAL Lovely remodeled, 2nd floor, one bedroom vacation rental with modern updates that has beautiful views! Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of the living room sofa or step onto the covered porch to sip a cup of coffee while watching the dolphins swim along. Enjoy a view of the pretty lake, day or night from the comfort of the bedroom while nestled in the queen size bed or take a stroll around the paved walking/running path. The living area is quite roomy and comfortable with brand new wood floors. It features a queen sleeper sofa and 42'' flat screen LED TV, Wifi and a Blue-Ray player. There are also twin bunk beds in the sleeping alcove. All in all, sleeping a total of six guests. The bedroom has a 32'' flat screen TV for the bedroom. The kitchen has brand new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. When it's time to head outside you are just a few steps from it all. Cross a quiet one-way street for access to the ocean or walk to the nearby Carolina Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants. There is also a community pool, available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Parking - 1 assigned space. Private shaded parking underneath the building, 2nd space is a visitors space (first come, first served). Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.
