Blue Crabs readily available and Stone Crabs on the regular. A wonderful tidal creek curves front and center of this lot and is great for kayaking, crabbing, and bait fish. A house up to 3400 sf under roof can be built. Good views can be obtained of the canals behind the house, especially from the upper level, but there is no canal frontage. This makes it much easier to fit a swimming pool into your plan. This lot sits considerably higher than most nearby properties with very good run off. Sitting up on the front porch watching boats on the waterway, birds in the marsh, bikes and walkers cruising by all at the same time, is a great experience.
