A new microwave was added in 2022/2023; other appliances were already in place when purchased. The kitchen and garage refrigerators convey. Bead board was added to the dining room, and the brick hearth in the living room was removed in April 2021. The water heater elements and thermostats were replaced in March 2023. The city dug out the street ditch in March 2023. There is no termite bond or gas, and the pool is hardwired and has no permits. The property has a well (never used or inspected)
